If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, cancellation notice is required 14 days in advance of your arrival date. You will be refunded your deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation 7 days or less prior to arrival date, you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. Your credit card on file will be charged in full, unless the room(s) rebook. If rooms do rebook, you will be refunded the difference, minus a $25 cancellation fee.
Yes, the minimum age requirement to check-in is 18 years old. However, minors are welcome to stay as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.
We do offer breakfast in bed at Hudson House. However, this is arranged the night before for a specific time. In addition, we have a cozy dining area where you can enjoy your meals.
We are not able to sell or provide alcoholic beverages, however you can bring your own if you are legally of age (21+).
There is a $25/pet fee everyday of your stay. Maximum of 3 pets per booking.
